Crooked Cops can withhold evidence from other players, but if you're sniffed out and accused, you'll drop in rank. Accuse the wrong player and you'll drop in rank instead!
Add Capos to the pool of mobsters running amok in Echo Ridge City. Each Capo brings a new level of threat to the city and players gain special rewards for locking these perps up!
